Job Summary Summary: Serve as the electronics technical support for the Test operations group in accordance with customer and company requirements. Focus must be given to Continual Improvement Activities, Quality Assembly Practices, and On Time Delivery. Downstream Process Cells must be considered your customer with all cell lead activities based on this premise.

Education: Associate degree in electronics or equivalent (e.g., Associate degree in Electrical Engineering).
Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work is performed in a manufacturing environment, with frequent contact with others; Requires prolonged standing, sitting, frequent bending, stooping, and stretching; Manual dexterity is crucial in the placement and handling of small components. Good eyesight is necessary for performing detailed tasks. Occasional lifting will be required.
Equipment: Knowledge and skills using advanced electronic equipment.
Work Environment: Job functions will be performed in and around production.
Internal Contacts: This position will interface with all areas of the manufacturing workforce and management team.
