Job Description Summary

Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.

The base pay range for this position is 81,600.00 - 102,000.00 The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% Variable Incentive Bonus. This posting is expected to close on July 31, 2025.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.*
