Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any other closely related field, or industry-related experience
- Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, user manuals, and SOPs.
- Support teams in data validation, report generation, and insights using tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand and document system or process flows.
- Test product features from a user perspective and report observations.
- Perform research and benchmarking related to tools, technology platforms, or industry trends.
- Help maintain internal technical tools, dashboards, or knowledge bases.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with system troubleshooting or user support (basic queries).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with tools like SQL, Jira, ServiceNow, Tableau, or CRM systems is a plus (not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to dynamic business environments.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Hands-on exposure to real-time business operations and technical processes.
