At Acciona we’re building the future. You will be involved in some of the largest and most complex transportation infrastructure and heavy construction projects in North America. As a Technical/Design Co-op, you will work with ACCIONA’s Infrastructure team, reporting directly to the Design Manager and work alongside our diverse team of professionals. You will be involved in a wide variety of activities, supporting our operations and will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact in your related field, applying what you’ve learned in school, gaining hands-on experience and insight into your future career.

You will work with ACCIONA Infrastructure Canada’s team, including more senior Engineers and other team members on the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain project. You will be exposed to and participate in a variety of functions related to the construction of a subway project.

- Strong desire to learn and be involved with large infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, tunnels, geometric layout, and pavement design.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.

Required Skills And Competencies

- Currently enrolled in a university or technical college diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline) or Construction Management.

As a Co-op Student, you will receive a competitive and comprehensive compensation package designed to support your success and well-being throughout your placement. You will receive an annual base salary of CADD $55,500, 8% vacation pay based on 20 days' vacation entitlement and access to our Health and Wellness benefits.
