We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Service Team Lead to oversee the Repair Department. This role is vital in ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient repair operations. If you’re ready to lead and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead daily safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices
- Manage and coordinate people, processes, and materials to meet repair schedules
- Support hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, and developing team members

- Set, maintain, and communicate daily and weekly work schedules
- Oversee daily workflow to ensure customer needs are met
- Ensure quality standards and timelines are achieved
- Support warranty claim processing and coordinate with customer service as needed
- Partner with other departments (engineering, operations, sales) to ensure smooth collaboration and customer satisfaction

The starting pay range for this position is $26-$31 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
6:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday | 6:00am – 11:00am Friday
- Strong work ethic with the habit of getting things done
- Demonstrated leadership ability; supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong team relationships
- Manufacturing or service repair experience (Superior/Westmor facility experience preferred)
- Minimum of four years’ experience in heavy-duty truck equipment, refined fuel truck equipment, or related service/repair environment
- Highly motivated self-starter with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
