Position Overview:

The Tanker Dispatch role is a dynamic, fast-paced position responsible for organizing and managing the day-to-day operations of our fluid hauling services. This includes:

- Coordinating all aspects of fluid movement and payload management.

- Organizing equipment and drivers to ensure timely and efficient operations.

- Handling all incoming dispatch calls with professional telephone etiquette.

- Recording hauling requirements from customers.

- Providing timely support and information to drivers, sub-contractors, and owner-operators.

- Coordinating with Field Supervisors to ensure drivers adhere to SOPs and operate professionally.

- Ensuring truck maintenance is prioritized in collaboration with maintenance staff.

- Auditing field tickets.

- Ensuring accurate and timely paperwork submission from drivers.

- Ensuring accurate directions and job scope for drivers

Candidate Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Oilfield Dispatching (required).

- General oilfield experience (3-5 year required).

- Proficiency in coordinating fluid hauling operations.

- Familiarity with Fleet GPS tracking systems.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage drivers effectively and efficiently.

- Class 1 Licence (preferred).

- Knowledge Clients and roads in the Peace Country.

- Positive and team-oriented attitude.

Work Location: In-person at Clairmont Industrial, Northern Alberta. Relocation: Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Pay: $90,000.00-$121,964.60 per year
