What You’ll Do
•Drive design, testing, field support, and optimization of turbine systems (steam/combustion/aeroderivative).
•Lead instrumentation design and data analysis for turbine R&D and system-level testing.
•Guide projects from concept to completion, including manufacturing, assembly, troubleshooting, and validation.
•Collaborate closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
•Maintain documentation, processes, and safety compliance across all technical operations.
What You Bring
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences (ABET-accredited).
•1+ year of turbine experience in a power generation or industrial setting.
•Experience working in both field and office environments.
•Hands-on background with testing, instrumentation, and turbine performance optimization.
•Exposure to aeroderivative, steam, or combustion turbine technologies.
•Bonus if you hold a PE license — but not required.
•Already in Arizona or open to relocation (we’ll help you get here!).
