As a Generation Systems Engineer III | Senior - Steam Turbines, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our energy systems. Systems Analysis – Perform technical assessments and economic evaluations of generation systems to inform long-range planning and decision-making.
Engineering Design – Apply advanced engineering principles to support the design and optimization of generation infrastructure projects.
Project Leadership – Provide guidance and oversight on engineering tasks, supporting project execution from concept through implementation.
Data Interpretation – Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for system improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with internal stakeholders, including planning, operations, and finance, to align engineering outputs with business goals.
Mentorship & Guidance – Offer technical support and direction to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Approved degrees: Materials Science/Metallurgy, Physics, Chemistry, Math, Nuclear, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Computer Science, Environmental, Chemical, Architectural, Structural. (A four-year bachelor of Engineering Technology degree is not considered an automatic equivalent for a B.S. degree in Engineering. A review of the degree program curriculum must be completed by Engineering department management.)
