Our development and construction achievements include ongoing construction of Magnolia Power, LLC, a 700 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) project in Louisiana, and Mountain Peak Power, a 164 MW peaking project in Colorado. We are actively working to expand our footprint through three separate natural gas projects under development: Canyon Peak Power (Colorado)-a 156 MW peaking facility; Wolf Summit Energy (West Virginia)-a 610 MW CCGT; and Lincoln Land Energy Center (Illinois)-a 1156 MW CCGT.

The Systems Administrator & Cloud Engineer owns Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V and Azure/AWS workloads that underpin both corporate and OT applications. The role automates builds (Packer/Terraform/Ansible), enforces Intune compliance, and partners with the Network & Security Engineers to deliver zero-trust-ready infrastructure across four Microsoft tenants and multiple construction/M&A initiatives.

Compute & Cloud

• Build and operate Windows Server 2022, Ubuntu LTS, VMware vSphere and Hyper-V clusters.• Deploy Azure/AWS workloads via Terraform/Bicep; manage cross-tenant VNet/VPN connections.

Automation & Patching

• Create golden images (Packer), patch via WSUS/Intune rings; maintain 95 % compliance.• Package and deploy CrowdStrike Falcon sensors, Zscaler & Netskope connectors with Intune.

- Operate Veeam + Azure immutable vaults; quarterly restore tests; RPO/RTO aligned to CIP-009.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce CIS baselines; integrate Sysmon logs with Sentinel; onboard privileged accounts to CyberArk EPM.• Support KnowBe4 campaigns (device tagging).

OT/ICS Support

- Harden historian and jump-host VMs in ICS DMZ; patch per CIP-007 schedule.

Required Qualifications:

- 5 years administering Windows/Linux and VMware/Hyper-V in regulated environments.

Proven Azure or AWS production experience (VNets, IaaS, storage).

Automation skills – PowerShell 7, Ansible, Terraform.

Direct exposure to power-generation or critical-infrastructure operations and NERC CIP evidence collection.

- AZ-104 / AZ-800/801 or VMware VCP-DCV. Bonus: RHCSA, Terraform Associate.

Critical patch compliance 95 % in 14 days. Backup success
