Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk, and IT infrastructure, technical support or related area recommended

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, desktop, and server

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

- Self-starter

Duties and Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

- Performs end-user support.

- Designs, develops, supports, and maintains the organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software. Make updates to system related installation.

- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of server hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

- Perform routine system updates and patches.

- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate infrastructure issues.

- Participate in the implementation of new infrastructure solutions.

- Document technical processes and maintain system records.

- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.

- Participate and support daily helpdesk operations.

- Develop and implement helpdesk policies and procedures.

- Monitor and report on key helpdesk metrics and KPIs.

- Ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests.

- Maintain and update the knowledge base for common issues and solutions.

- Coordinate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Provide basic user training on common software and hardware.

- Manage, replace and retire inventory of IT equipment for end-users.
