Job Responsibilities
•Assemble complete water separator systems, including water separators, pumps, valves, piping, and control panels.
•Interpret and follow manufacturing drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
•Use hand tools and power tools to build and test system assemblies to meet performance specifications.
•Perform basic electrical wiring for control systems and pump installations.
•Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet required standards.
•Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical assembly issues.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area.
•Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate builds.
•Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
•Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly or a related field.
•Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
•Familiarity with pump systems, plumbing, and electrical control components.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
•Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
•High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
