Reporting to Manager, Work Planning, Scheduling & Contracts

Location: Rochester, Binghamton, Geneva, Kirkwood or Oneonta, NY

Work Type: Office

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $94,000 to $118,000

Purpose:

The Supervisor of Work Planning and Scheduling reports to the Manager of Work Planning, Scheduling and Contracts . Oversees the staff at the BGC, CNG and SCG. Ensures the successful scheduling and deployment of employees to complete all regulatory mandated and nonmandated work. Administers

policies, practices and procedures that maximize efficiency and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal and external auditors. Leads the development of O&M and CAPEX budgets for the team. Works closely with Operations, Regulatory, Internal and External Auditors, Union Leaders, and

numerous other internal and external entities. Manages the creation of workorders, emergency dispatches and work scheduling/optimization.

Responsibilities & Duties* Provide leadership for working staff and ensure all required permitting, scheduling and any contractual requirements are in place for operations staff to complete work assignments.

Skills & Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree + 5 years equivlant experience in supervision, project management and/or utility dispatch.
