As our Supervisor, Measurement Technical Services you’ll resolve issues through data, be a SME in several enterprise systems such as Test-It and FLOWCAL. Leadership Objective:
We are seeking a results-oriented leader who can drive high-level execution by overseeing the Tech Services Tier III team. This individual will be responsible for:
•Leading the team that manage complex, cross-functional initiatives/projects aimed at root cause analysis, process improvement and system-wide optimization.
•Leading the team’s development of BI dashboards and KPIs, ensuring that data is not only accurate, but operationally actionable.
•Aligning closely with the Tier II Supervisor to establish consistent practices, escalation protocols, and long-term solutions to measurement challenges.
What Success Looks Like:
This supervisor will lead a high-performing team of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) that consists of high level Measurement Specialists and Measurement Engineers focused on:
•Resolving recurring issues through data-driven investigation and long-term fixes.
•Developing and managing work intake and prioritization to ensure engineering efforts align with business objectives.
•Coaching and developing Measurement SME talent to elevate team capabilities and ownership.
•Driving standardization in tools, reporting, and process to improve transparency and performance.
