The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $103,939 to $129,924.
Job Summary
Supervises employees in the construction, operations and maintenance of gas distribution and transmission systems. Oversees, plans, and schedules new construction work, preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections and training activities. Ensures that construction and maintenance activities are completed in accordance with construction standards, following approved policies, procedures, safety rules, and budgets. Frequent interaction with customers (internal & external) to solve problems/concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:* Supervises Company employees and inspects subcontractor crews; in the construction, operation, and maintenance of gas distribution systems to ensure system integrity and public safety.Required Qualifications:* Associate’s degree 7 years of underground Construction and Maintenance experience or a High School diploma and 10 years of Construction & Maintenance experience.
Knowledge of gas distribution construction and maintenance, labor agreement, safety manual, leak detection methods, procedures and instrumentation.
Knowledge of industry codes including ASME, API, Hazmat, and OSHA.
