Superintendent

As a Superintendent at Megawatt Construction, you will have the opportunity to join our small but growing business and participate in projects impacting areas across the business. If you thrive on building discipline and process in a constantly changing environment, are a self-starter eager to learn, demonstrate instinctively good judgment, and have a great sense of humor, you will fit right in with the MW team.

The successful candidate will have the ability to be an expert in all aspects of construction. They are competent in base building concrete and building shell, interior CSA and MEP work, commissioning, and project closeout. They are mentors to the project team members, and they actively work to build the team through both individual development and recruiting new team members. They oversee the schedules of their projects and manage the teams to make sure the jobs are completed on time. The Sr. Superintendent is capable of running very large projects or multiple projects simultaneously. They work with their safety committee to establish policies and implement them in projects.

Expected Salary: $160,000 - $185,000
