Keystone Construction is seeking highly motivated individuals that have a desire to grow with the company. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, organized, communicates well, works well with others, and takes pride in their work. Candidates need to demonstrate an interest with investing in one's self by either having a higher degree or working to obtain one. Looking for someone that has multiple years of construction experience as a multi-family superintendent. A commitment to excellent customer service is a must. Current job opening is in American Fork area, with future jobs in south Salt Lake County and Utah County. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, including great health insurance and 401(k).

Responsibilities

Superintendents are directly responsible for all facets of home construction including: contractor and supplier supervision, scheduling, safety, cleanliness, bill approval, buyer walkthroughs, sales interface, customer satisfaction and warranty. Will manage the subdivision and have an assistant to help out during the construction.

Qualifications

Looking for someone who has or is working towards a 4 year degree.

Experience must have 2+ years as superintendent with multi-family experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $85,000.00 / year based on experience with large bonuses for schedules, closings, customer satisfaction, and profit sharing.
