Summary

BLUvera is currently seeking an experienced Superintendent I with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Aptitude to anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities as they arise; along with the capability to creatively solve problems and bring together viable solutions. The Superintendent will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.

This position is based on a project site in Monroe, Louisiana. The candidate will have excellent proven leadership skills that can manage a manufacturing plant within the construction industry. Must be able to work on schedules, managing trade partners, hiring craft laborers, material handling, and have been a builder.

The base pay range for this role is $108,600 - $162,900. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.

BLUvera, Mortenson’s vertically integrated self-perform manufacturing and prefabrication affiliate, utilizes advanced design, engineering, and 3D modeling to deliver and install prefabricated construction products on Mortenson projects. By utilizing DfMA principles (design for manufacturing and assembly), BLUvera leverages technology in the manufacture and fabrication of steel frame wall panels intended for load bearing and non-load bearing applications on our project sites.
