What We Are Looking For: As an Intern on the Transmission Planning & Interconnection team in our St. Paul, MN, Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting projects, studies, and analysis with a mix of project work for the Transmission Planning & Interconnection team. Transmission Planning & Interconnection focus includes electrical utility transmission planning and studies; generation interconnection studies, modeling, and conceptual design; and utility-scale renewable energy resource-focused design and analysis.

What You Will Need:
Education and Experience* Associate degree or pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in applied sciences, engineering, or technology-related.Knowledge and Skills* Working knowledge of computer software tools, including MS Word and MS Excel.
Compensation:* Hourly Range: $29 - $31 hourly.
This salary range reflects the anticipated base salary for pursuing a bachelor’s degree from freshman to junior year. The successful candidate will be placed at a level commensurate with the candidate's relevant years of experience, education, and technical expertise. Benefits:* Discretionary annual performance-based profit-sharing bonus
