Position Description

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our dynamic close-knit team for our Summer 2025 Internship. This individual must be currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction, Business, or a related field.

At Firmo, we are committed to fostering the growth and development of emerging talent in the construction industry. As a Construction Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into real-world projects. You will assist Firmo’s expert team of Project Managers, Site Supervisors, or Architects with day-to-day operations across various stages of our construction projects. Since 2021, our internship program has consistently delivered meaningful, hands-on experience designed to cultivate the next generation of skilled and knowledgeable construction professionals.
