Learn from and train with the industry's finest professionals! Silverado Contractors, Inc. Intern Program provides challenging and rewarding opportunities for college students majoring in the Construction Industry.

Our internship positions provide college students an opportunity to gain “real-world” experience in their specific area of study. Interns will work alongside world-class professionals in a fast-paced, professional setting which provides invaluable experiences applying the knowledge and skills learned through education in a business environment.

Silverado Interns work on a project team and with other stakeholder teams (such as safety, environmental, estimating, etc.). Duties include attending meetings, assisting Project Managers with various day-to-day activities and deliverables, etc. Anticipated work schedule is a full-time summer position for 8 to 10 weeks.

Learning Opportunities

Requirements

Knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent customer relationship skills

Industry experience or enrolled in a Construction Management or Civil Engineering Program

Field engineer interns/co-ops are required to be currently enrolled in Engineering, Construction Management or a similar program at an accredited technical college or university.
