The Grid Modernization team is looking for a data science intern to support initiatives that improve the reliability, resilience, and intelligence of the electric grid. In this role, you will apply data analysis, machine learning, and visualization techniques to critical grid modernization efforts, including advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), wildfire mitigation, electric vehicle (EV) planning, and fault detection analytics. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and utility operations staff to help extract insights from large datasets and contribute to the transformation of utility infrastructure and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in the intersection of energy systems, data science, and sustainability.
