We are currently hiring experienced Structural Fitters to join our growing team in Calgary. Positions are available for both our day shift and evening shift. As a key member of our Fabrication Division, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality steel components that power some of Canada’s biggest projects.

Available Shifts:

- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

- Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (includes evening shift premium)

What You’ll Do:

- Interpret blueprints and welding specs accurately

- Fit and assemble structural steel using GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW processes

- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently

- Inspect and maintain welds to meet high quality standards

- Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production goals

- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace

What You Bring:

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout

- Hands-on experience with GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW welding methods

- Competency operating material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Positive team attitude and solid communication skills
