Structural Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Immediate opportunity for Structural Engineer (5 year + experience). Candidates are to be self-motivated, working as part of a team with led by a principal, tasks will include design and analysis of building structural systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Responsibilities and duties of this position include the following:

· Determination of effective structural solutions for numerous project types

· Perform structural analyses and prepare calculations

· Create structural computer models

· Oversee preparation of contract drawings and specifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· Structural analysis and design software

· Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD

· Proficiency in technical writing for reports and documents

· Ability to execute and complete numerous projects simultaneously

Education/Experience

· Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, graduate degree a plus

· Fundamentals of Engineering Exam required.
