Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities:
•Visit customer main point of contact with intent to develop/maintain existing strategic relationship.
•Grow given account revenue by bringing new business outlets within the existing customer and new customers
•Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones for a one- and three-year period
•Support Direct of Sales in marketing initiatives for the company
•Manage contract inventory and asset management, ensuring optimization and balance
•Review contract sales orders for appropriate pricing structure and utilization of inventory
•Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement creative sales techniques to increase sales volume to support the company
Requirements:
•B.S. or B.A. degree in Business, International Commerce, or Economics
•Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in a metals or metals distribution environment
•Experience with managing P&L
•Ability to travel up to 25% - domestically and internationally
•Demonstrated sales skills with strong achievement orientation
