Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Steel Studs & Tracks Forming Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience operating various types of steel framing machinery. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints, programming steel-forming machines, and maintaining high-quality production standards. Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor machinery, including Steel forming machines, steel sheet coil decoiler, and steel packing, stacking machines.

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications for production.

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Utilize hand tools and logic controllers effectively during the manufacturing process.

- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in production processes.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Steel Studs & Tracks Forming Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery, including Steel forming systems.

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical documentation.

- Experience with programming machines is highly desirable.

- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
