Positions open on 1st shift (4:30am - 1:00pm) and 2nd shift (1:00pm - 9:30pm). Full-time. Monday - Friday.
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Stamping Press Operators to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and operating various equipment, including presses, lathes, and cranes. The ideal candidate will have experience with tooling.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Ability to work in a manual work cell (hand loading parts).
•Ability to work in an automatic / continuous work cell.
•Ability to check and verify parts using drawings & check sheets.
•Must be able to record accurate data (measurements, cert #’s, and part counts).
•Knowledge of types of metal stamping dies.
•Compound, progressive, coining, forming and bending
•Knowledge of metal stamping presses and auxiliary equipment.
•Feeder equipment, threading material through feeder .
•Material Straightener – proper thickness adjustments and threading of material.
•Loading of steel coils from pallets to press decoiling mandrels.
•Banding of steel coils after partial consumption.
•Knowledge of tonnage monitors, press controls and die sensors.
Control details such as:
•Roll lift for feeders on progressive dies;
•Knowledge of cam switch windows for lube spray, part blowoff, etc.;
•Ram adjustments and proper stop block setups;
•Bumper pressure settings (when applicable).
MANDATORY TASKS REQUIRED BY ALL STAFF
•Housekeeping (Example: Picking up debris in the aisles, etc.).
•Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
•All other assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills/Specialized Knowledge/Abilities
•Read and follow work instructions.
•Complete paperwork as necessary and a small amount of computer entry.
•Capable of using Micrometers and Calipers for measurements.
Physical & Mental Demands
•Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
•Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of equipment.
•Must be able to stand / move for a 10-hr. shift period.
•Must be willing to operate Forklifts when needed.
