Position Summary
The Staff Test Engineer (ENG 4) independently applies knowledge of testing and systems engineering to advanced manned subsea projects per Oceaneering Technology’s Standard Approach to Testing. Effective application of evaluation, verification, and validation techniques for test, demonstration, and certification requirements is expected.
The Staff Test Engineer will generate test plans and procedures, lead test efforts locally and in the field, support engineering and design test-related activities, and coordinate multi-disciplined teams including engineers, technicians, and other support staff. Professional interaction with customers or clients can be expected on a frequent basis and in some cases may be a significant portion of duties.

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
Pay, Benefits And Work Schedule:
We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Annualized pay for this position : $127,500-$172,000.
