The Quality Engineer/Site ISO Coordinator role constantly works to keep us compliant to ISO standards allowing us to maintain our ISO certification and consistently meet our customers’ expectations. This role is responsible for managing the Quality Management System.

- 1-3 years’ experience working with QMS processes.
- Demonstrated understanding of QMS Navigation and Processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in Office 365 Tools (SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Excel, and Word)
- Self-Starter with good time management skills
- Excellent Two-Way Communication Skills
- Flexible employee willing to work in a team oriented approach
- Maintain high level of quality with a customer focused attitude
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize and assign work to meet audit schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to indirectly manage and train a team to support Internal Audit Program
- Proactive problem-solving skills to quickly resolve issues.
- Certified Internal Auditor Training from DNV OR In-House Training Program
- Strong knowledge of Root Cause and Corrective Action practices
- 3-5 years’ experience managing Solar QMS processes.
- Experience using O365 tools (SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Flows, Power Automate Flows, Teams Tasks by Planner, etc.)
