Sr Utility Maintenance Technician (Pharmaceuticals)

Description:

Utility Systems Expertise – Hands-on knowledge of RODI, pH Neutralization, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems with the ability to perform both preventive and corrective maintenance.

Troubleshooting & Repairs – Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve complex utility system issues, support emergency remediation, and keep critical systems operational.

cGMP & Compliance – Experience in a pharmaceutical/regulated environment (5+ years required) with strict adherence to cGMP documentation, asset management, and reliability practices.

Leadership & Coordination – Capable of mentoring technicians, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors, and implementing effective maintenance procedures to maximize system performance and lifespan.

Technical & Analytical Skills – Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and manuals, with the ability to analyze system performance data and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
