About This Job

The Senior Systems Analyst supports the development and implementation of HR and Learning & Innovation systems, working closely with corporate IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams. This role involves gathering requirements, managing project activities, and ensuring successful execution within scope and budget. It includes designing and refining digital learning resources, defining user acceptance testing criteria, and supporting end users during testing and rollout. The analyst also maintains and enhances internal systems and forms, evaluates digital learning technologies, and provides multimedia and technical support to HR and L&I staff.


- Core Responsibilities-

KPIs and Operational Excellence: Contribute to the achievement of the TLC KPIs and operational excellence.-

Leads the full instructional design process from needs analysis to pre-class preparation, while researching emerging industry tools to ensure digital and distance learning solutions remain innovative, engaging, and aligned with cutting-edge training technologies.-

Project Role: Assists in projects of moderate complexity, identifies business opportunities and creates a project plan to meet strategic objectives and outcomes. Manages digital learning and distance learning projects to enhance learner experience in the classroom and in the field.-

Portfolio Support: Assists in planning and road mapping, including analyzing technology components for vendor support and cybersecurity compliance. Works on developing in-house applications including monitoring product license compliance.-

Deliverables: Assists in designing Subsystem end-to-end flow diagrams, use cases, data models and Systems Development.-

Produces Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation and delivers value through iterative releases and continuous customer feedback.-

Desktop and Infrastructure Support: Assists with planning and deploying corporate IT software and hardware upgrades, while providing technical support to L&I and HR staff, as well as customers attending meetings and classes at the TLC.-

Works with instructors and/or subject matter experts to develop media training concepts, including the latest multimedia training tools (e.g., VR, AR, etc.).-

Business Relationships and Management: Supports effective communication between L&I, HR, corporate IT, and operating areas to ensure timely execution of systems and software-related initiatives, while fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with instructors, subject matter experts, vendors, and business partners.-

Manages and supports effective lines of communication to ensure proficient and timely execution of projects and initiatives related to systems/software training, evaluation and testing.-

Oversee the safeguarding of the authenticity, confidentiality, and proper handling of all digital learning materials, while ensuring that all assigned checklists and audits are accurate and completed on time.-

Conducts field visits and attends meetings in various Company locations.


- Required Education/Experience-

Bachelor's Degree and minimum three years of relevant experience, or-

Master's Degree and minimum two years of relevant work experience.Relevant Work Experience-

3 years of full-time work experience, to include two years of IT, Digital Learning, LMS management, required.-

Computer proficiency, required.-

Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Required.-

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel on all levels, required.-

Knowledgeable in basic engineering design and principles, required.-

Ability to work independently, providing oversight, direction, and developmental support for the department, while also collaborating with SMEs and various departments, required.-

Capable of exercising independent judgment and making sound business decisions, required.-

Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible enough to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and achieve business goals, required.-

Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while fostering a collaborative and team-oriented work environment that aligns with the Company's Corporate Values, required.Licenses and Certifications-

Ability to climb ladders and stairs-

Ability to work in inclement weather and adverse conditions (i.e., excessive heat, cold, noise, confined spaces)-

Ability to work with, and in, the vicinity of high voltage and/or other high-energy systems-

Stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs for the duration of the workday-

Wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), i.e. fire-retardant clothing and safety harnessesAdditional Physical Demands-

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.-

Must be available for travel both regionally and continent-wide, to attend conferences, meetings, etc. as needed.
