- Prepare the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K, including supporting schedules and accounting disclosure checklist, as well as review XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) tagging and assist with the internal and external review for these documents.
- Interface with all Accounting personnel and other departments in order to timely facilitate, gather, analyze, and validate information and transactions. Identify inconsistencies and help resolve discrepancies ranging in complexity.
- Assist in the review of quarterly earnings releases.
- Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving US GAAP (United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) guidance, including preparation of disclosures that comply with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Provide US GAAP and SEC regulation interpretation and prepare technical memorandums that document issues in a clear, logical, and comprehensive manner.
- Assist in the communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with Company decisions on accounting disclosures and issues.
- Interface with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in order to timely gather, analyze, and validate information used in the Company’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting.
- Coordinate and assist with the annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors.
- Perform accounting activities related to earnings per share, stock compensation, commitments, and other non-routine accounting entries or analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Field of Study: Accounting, Finance or Business.
- At least four (4) years of experience at a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm.
- Exposure to SEC reporting and technical accounting research.
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively working toward obtaining CPA license.

- Advanced understanding of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations, and the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting and reporting issues.
- Ability to apply accounting knowledge, technical accounting and analytical skills in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel including PivotTables, V-Lookups, and complex IF statements, among others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and disciplines in the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
- Adhere to the highest standards of ethical behavior when carrying out job responsibilities and interacting with others.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
