SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER (Customer Service)
Reports to: Quality Team Manager
Location: Dalton, GA

SUMMARY
The Senior Quality Engineer (Customer Service) defines and approves strategies for all audits performed and troubleshooting product quality based on the customer complaints. They would be the main communication channel between the company and the customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for all audits such as customer audits, certification audits, etc.
•Manage and conduct the company’s internal audits.
•Handle, address, and respond to the customer complaints.
•Troubleshoot the product quality according to the customer complaints through collaboration with Quality and other engineering departments.
•Handling the main communication streamline between the company and the customers.
•Prepare reports regarding customer complaints, audits, and troubleshooting product quality and report to the upper management.
•Adhere to the Health & Safety procedures.
•Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
•Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
•5+ years of experience in internal and customer audit, manufacturing customer service, customer claims and complaints.
•Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and written.
•Proficiency in MS Office.
•Flexibility to adapt to different tasks.
•Awareness of Health and Safety.
•Eye for detail and quality.
•Must be able to communicate effectively internally with cross-functional teams and externally with vendors and customers.
•Able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment in areas that are not climate controlled.
•Assertive, able to cope with pressure, self-motivated and driven team player.
•Proactive approach toward various issues.
•Experience in either assembly and/or manufacturing environment.
•High level of work ethic toward improving organizational culture.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•Able to stand and walk the production area throughout the workday
•Able to lift to 50 pounds without restriction
•Reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required within limits set by Q Cells
•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience working in certification body or auditing company.
•Experience in Quality Customer Service team in solar industry.
