The Sr. Project Manager role is a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) that enables TEi to meet its contractual obligations and achieve financial forecasts. This team member coordinates the efforts of all members within the organization to ensure the successful execution and completion of projects. They are forward-thinking, resourceful, emotionally intelligent, lead by example, and bring commitment and drive to the workplace. Essential Responsibilities: 1. Providing leadership across TEi, its vendors, and its subcontractors to lead the Project Team to successful project completion.
2. Ensuring TEi achieves the commercial obligations within the contract.
3. Keeping the organization on track to the baseline schedule.
4. Preparing and presenting a trued-up budget each month to C-level Management.
6. Providing periodic progress reporting and project status to TEi stakeholders and the client.
7. Serving as the primary interface between TEi and the customer.
8. Managing the change order process to confirm scope changes and drive revenue. Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: • BS Degree (Engineering Preferred)
