Position Description
The Senior Project Administrator provides high level administrative support for high profile projects with major clients under the supervision of the project manager.
Essential Functions•Manage multiple high-level projects with the ability to prioritize
•Communications liaison between the project and the client
•Ability to communicate with all levels of management, clients and project team members to achieve project objectives
•Work independently and make effective decisions in a timely manner
•Demonstrate think and act with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
•Produce work within a fast paced and deadline driven environment
•Work on special projects and reports as needed
•Prepare/format documents and develop/maintain complex excel spreadsheets
•Summarize correspondence to facilitate timely and efficient responses
•Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
•Take and transcribe minutes at meetings, noting/posting of action items
•Assist Project Manager in expediting action items
•Answer phones, manage multiple project calendars, book travel arrangements, maintain files and filing system, prepare expense reports
•Ensure work is being performed within the guidelines of our company policies and procedures
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
•8+ years of project administrative experience
•Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
•Must have the ability to prioritize, manage time well, troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
•Must be organized and detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Education
•Associate degree preferred

•Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
•Frequent sitting and operating a computer.
•Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials.
•Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
