Sr. Production Manager

DLTalent has partnered with a medical device manufacture to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Production Manager to lead all daily operations at their Arden Hills facility. This critical role will drive excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery by developing high-performing teams and optimizing production processes. The Senior Production Manager will be a key leader in executing the business strategy and achieving corporate objectives for this facility.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and Empower Talent: The Manager will have 7 direct reports and ~200 indirect reports working across 3 shifts*. You will identify resource needs, justifying personnel changes, lead the talent acquisition process in partnership with HR, and provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management (including formal reviews and disciplinary actions when necessary) to direct reports. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Proactively engage with internal customers to understand their needs, respond to inquiries, and clarify operational procedures. Communicate cross functionally with Engineering, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing.*

Understands lean six sigma, lean manufacturing or 5S principals*

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
