Primary Purpose
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
As the Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will lead a team of professionals to develop and execute strategies and plans for change initiatives. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of projects to ensure compliance with standards and quality outcomes. Additionally, you will provide governance in the design and implementation of an OCM framework, support the broader organization in capability building, and establish the capacity to deliver effective application of change management practices across the corporation.
Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This position can sit anywhere inside of the Exelon service area: Chicago-IL, Baltimore-MD, Washington-DC, and Philadelphia-PA. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Primary Duties
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES•Lead, Coach, Engage: Lead, manage and develop a team of change management professionals ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to execute successful change initiatives. This team of practitioners, communications and training specialists perform the development and delivery of change management strategies and plans that minimize resistance, prepare readiness of the organization, and maximize employee adoption. Set clear expectations and accountabilities for the team, providing coaching, performance evaluations and development planning, while ensuring each member contributes to the overall success of the OCM initiatives. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results oriented culture within the OCM team, ensuring effective engagement with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including executive-level presentations.
•Oversight & Compliance: Ensure compliance with change management standards, guidelines, and methodologies, as well as validate quality of work assessments are performed. Provide Portfolio Management oversight including planning, resourcing, contracting, and vendor management processes. Utilize a robust systematic approach, including metrics, indicators, reporting, and dashboards to monitor business readiness, adoption of changes, and realization of benefits.
•Capability Development & Support: Support skill building and development of change management capabilities across the enterprise. Increase capacity to execute change management through effective training solutions, coaching, advisory services, and mentoring programs. Create a learning environment leveraging a community of practice and change practitioner network
•Governance & Framework Development: Govern, design, and develop the OCM framework of standards, guidelines, and methodologies. Ensure enhancement of management systems, innovative tools, adoption of best practices, and continuous improvement of change management processes.

Organization and team structure may flex depending on assignments and initiatives; requires ability to work with multiple organizations, providing leadership across diverse disciplines including indirect reporting relationships. Adaptability, resiliency, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Financial acumen and discipline in managing budgets, forecasts, and modeling and tracking benefits. Given the significance of working in the Utility industry, we require our employees to support a rotational on-call role during major storm and emergency events.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related discipline. 10+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience
•In lieu of degree 12-15 years of relevant experience
•Proven experience in large transformational projects or initiatives
•Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
•Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, communications and influencing skills
•Strategic thinking and planning skills
•Analytic, innovative, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Certification in Organizational Change Management (ex. Prosci, CCMP)
•Certification in Project Management (ex. PMP)
•Process Improvement skills (ex. Six Sigma)
•Instructional Design and Systematic Approach to Training experience (ex. SAT, ADDIE)

•Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $134,400.00/Yr. – $184,800.00/Yr. plus an additional $25K in Long Term Incentive Plan annually.
