Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for employee engagement and brand reputation? Are you the Communications Expert to lead impactful internal and external communications strategies across our North American operations?

The Senior Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication strategies for all our activities in North America (NAM) and plans to create employee engagement, builds and engages communities, supports change and transformation, and enhances and protects Sibelco’s reputation towards internal and external audiences. They advise other employees and NAM management on the correct use of communication techniques, channels, and tools in support of the NAM strategy and objectives of Sibelco.

Using creative storytelling across multiple channels, you will be able to create positive change in the organization and contribute to Sibelco’s success by enhancing focus on the right aspects of our company culture and business objectives.

Your Impact in This Role

As a

Senior Communications Manager,

your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Support the ongoing efforts to inform and engage employees with Sibelco’s purpose, values, strategy, objectives, projects and performance and facilitate the correct positioning of Sibelco in the US market, straddling both High Purity Quartz and Glass Recycling NAM, while protecting and promoting Sibelco’s reputation. Develop standard, structured approach to deliver communications strategy. Develop and distribute impactful messaging through various media, including internal and external websites, posters, and videos.

- Create and deliver communications projects aimed at internal audiences, in support of the objectives of internal (other teams) and external (e.g., media) partners, in line with the overall Communication strategy of Sibelco.

- Monitor, measure, and report on communication initiatives to assess and enhance their effectiveness.

- Collaborate with international stakeholders and the Global Communications team to ensure consistency and maximize content use across channels

What You Bring To The Table

- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, English or related field

- 8+ years of experience in developing communication strategies within a corporate or manufacturing setting. - 2 + years developing and executing internal communications and employee engagement programs.

- Experience in handling crisis communication and/or community management

- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
