EverLine is seeking a dynamic leader with strong background in SaaS, IoT, or other software solutions to drive our security initiatives. This role will support the security of our 24/7 Control Room and Security Operations Center (SOC) while spearheading operational technology (OT) projects for our customers in the energy sector. - Commercial Leadership
: Identify and engage potential customers, aligning EverLine services with their specific security and OT needs while effectively leveraging commercial acumen to drive business growth.
- Go-to-Market Strategy
: Develop and implement compelling go-to-market strategies that resonate with target clients, showcasing our innovative security and OT solutions.
- Financial Management:
Oversee budget management, P&L responsibilities, and billable hours to ensure financial health and profitability of projects.
- Customer Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and solutions, enhancing customer value and driving revenue growth.
- Team Leadership:
Mentor and develop security operations team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Operational Oversight:
Oversee the management of security projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
- High-Level Presentations
: Prepare and deliver detailed, impactful presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our innovative solutions and addressing complex technical questions with confidence.
- Industry Leadership:
Represent EverLine at industry conferences and events, contributing insights and showcasing our commitment to security excellence.
- Collaboration Across Levels:
Communicate effectively with all organizational levels, facilitating collaboration and alignment across departments to achieve strategic goals.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Personal Characteristics:
- Proven experience in commercial leadership.
- Strong track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- High-level technical knowledge of security and OT frameworks with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with operational technology (OT) security and incident response protocols.
- Ability to manage security operations in a 24x7 environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulations that affect security operations.
- Understanding of sales processes, proposal development, and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, P&L, and billable hours effectively.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the security industry.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on business development, project management, and consulting.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and delivering operational technology and security solutions that meet client needs.
- Understanding security operations, incident response, compliance requirements and operational technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

This is a Houston area position. The ideal candidate will be available in office on a regular basis.
