ABOUT THE POSITION

Our legal team is seeking an experienced attorney to support our growing PV+S project pipeline on project development, LGIA, and EPC negotiations, M&A, financing, and regulatory matters. This position reports to the Senior Supervising Counsel, Commercial. The ideal candidate will have experience in the renewable energy industry on utility-scale solar and battery storage project development. This is a critical and cross-functional role, as the individual will work closely with all stakeholders and across all cross-functional teams from the inception of a new project through financing and construction. The ideal candidate is a true self-starter, a passionate and creative problem solver who will be able to hit the ground running with little supervision, and who understands both the legal and business objectives of renewable energy development and project financing.
