What You Will Do•Develop strategies and integrated plans with a focus on achievable timeframes and end-user adoption and sustainment.
•Demonstrate success in building relationships among functional and technical stakeholders for understanding and planning work.
•Facilitate scope definition with the business and clarify level of support required of the team.
•Assess changes and stakeholder impacts resulting from initiatives and projects.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage risks, issues, and interdependencies.
•Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
•Track and report on progress towards meeting scope, budget and timeline requirements.
•Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and other key partners.
•Lead and manage project activities including kick off meetings, project review sessions, project tasks, and monitor scope, schedule, and budget.
•Identify and/or lead process reductions, improvements, and innovations.
•Collaborate with designated Project Business Leads, Business Sponsors, and Executive Business Sponsors to create project charters, define project scope, and ensure project coordination, change management, and risk management.
Who You Are
•Related university degree and six-plus years’ experience OR seven‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
•One or more of: PMP (Project Management Professional); CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional); CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) or similar program (e.g., PROSCI) including other adult education certifications (e.g., instructional design).
•Experience designing, performing and leading work with business unit and/or enterprise-wide impact.
•Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners including executives, managers, and team members.
•Ability to present and facilitate to a wide variety of audiences including technical, senior leaders, and executives in an effective manner which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong leadership skills and able to negotiate with, and lead, resources outside of direct line of authority.
•Understanding of the energy environment and regulatory management systems.
•Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Power BI and Excel) and usage of AI tools.
Working Conditions
•Work performed primarily in the office.
•Travel approximately 10% of the time.
•The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
•Company paid international relocation is not offered for this role.

Physical Requirements

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement. Mobility to walk in outdoor conditions that occasionally involve uneven and slippery terrain and to enter and exit excavations. Agility with the ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and other devices using feet and legs, and/or hands and arms.
