Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care and landscape maintenance, with experience in pest control and the use of various power and hand tools. As a Spray Technician, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent customer service skills.

Duties

•

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to established guidelines and safety regulations.

•

Operate farm machinery and power tools effectively to perform spraying tasks.

•

Conduct thorough inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify pest problems or areas needing treatment.

•

Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including product types and quantities used.

•

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about services rendered and recommendations for lawn care.

•

Drive company vehicles to various job sites while ensuring safe transportation of equipment and materials.

•

Utilize hand tools for landscape maintenance as needed.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or pest control is preferred.

•

Familiarity with operating farm machinery and power tools is essential.

•

Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license.

•

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
