Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Applicator to join our team. This role is critical to delivering high-quality spray foam installations for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with spray foam equipment, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

- Operate spray foam rigs and related equipment safely and effectively

- Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings

- Prepare job sites, including masking, taping, and ensuring proper ventilation

- Conduct daily equipment checks, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor issues

- Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

- Follow company safety protocols and OSHA regulations

- Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years Prior experience with spray foam insulation application preferred (open- and closed-cell)

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

- Willingness to travel to different job sites as required

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Occasional Saturdays depending on project demand

Location:

Based in Arlington, WA with travel to local job sites
