- Remove old insulation from attics, crawl spaces, and other areas
- Operate industrial vacuums and insulation removal equipment
- Safely bag, transport, and dispose of insulation and debris
- Assist with attic preparation for new insulation installation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use
- Comfortable working in high temperatures, confined spaces, and with old insulation materials
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Prior construction or insulation experience is a plus, but not required
- Hourly pay: $12–$15/hr, depending on experience
