YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the Planning & Reliability General Supervisor, you will be part of the Mobile Maintenance Department. You will be actively involve on maintaining the reliability of Mobile Mine assets working closely with the reliability, asset management, execution and planning teams. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
•Provide Technical Support for Mobile Maintenance team
•Coaching technicians - Perform Quality control audit on PM and Repair (Work assessment)
•Job prioritization for weekly schedule
•Follow up condition monitoring (ex. Oil sampling and Equipment code) and initiate/follow up on required corrective action
•Gather evidence for failure analysis and support during process
•Support Asset management team on critical/maintenance spare parts requirement identification and PM review for new equipment
•Align action of OEM technician in auditing deficiency, equipment performance or reliability task
•Interface between reliability specialist and maintenance team
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•Mechanical Engineering Technology Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
•5 years of experience in the reliability field, in a similar role, either with Mobile equipment
•Experience in reengineering or process definition, mapping and measuring existing processes as well as analyzing, modifying, designing and implementing new processes
•Ability to define and lead project-based workshops
•Be comfortable, with all models of failure measurement
•Mining experience is an asset
•Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
