Sous la responsabilité du responsable ERP du groupe, le spécialiste ERP – Finance et comptabilité participera à l'évolution, au soutien et à la maintenance de l'ERP Business Central/Navision à l'échelle mondiale (pour les différents sites internationaux).

Le candidat fera partie d'une équipe internationale de spécialistes ERP, basée à Montréal et dans la région Asie-Pacifique.

Il sera responsable des fonctions financières et comptables de BC (D365) et sera donc la référence pour soutenir, proposer et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques avec cet outil à cet égard.

Le premier objectif de cette personne sera de collaborer à la migration ERP de 5 installations BC & Navision différentes à travers le monde vers un seul tenant Cloud (SaaS) avec plusieurs instances. Ce faisant, il/elle convertira tous les sites vers un plan comptable global unique.

Au fil des ans, il/elle participera éventuellement à la migration de BC vers un autre ERP.

Missions principales

- Réaliser des projets financiers et comptables majeurs sur l'ERP en tant qu'analyste

- Fournir un support de niveau 2 et 3 aux utilisateurs financiers et comptables

- Participer à la migration de BC et Navision hébergés vers un tenant Cloud avec plusieurs instances

- Intégration des modules ERP et des applications dans Business Central

- Mettre en œuvre et prendre en charge les personnalisations dans BC

- S'assurer que les fonctionnalités financières et comptables de BC sont bien prises en charge pour tous les utilisateurs à travers le monde

- Former les utilisateurs finaux à l'utilisation de Microsoft Business Central

- Travailler avec les parties prenantes internes pour comprendre les exigences techniques et définir l'étendue des modifications et du développement

- Convertir les exigences fonctionnelles en spécifications techniques et en documents de conception

- Recommander les meilleures pratiques et influencer les parties prenantes

- Créer, concevoir et modifier les rapports par défaut dans BC

- Communiquer efficacement avec les utilisateurs.

Profil recherché

Qualifications et compétences requises

- Plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de Navision ou Business Central.

- Connaissance approfondie du support et des opérations ERP.

- Capacité avérée à traduire les processus métier en configurations ERP applicables.

- Diplôme en commerce, informatique ou ingénierie dans un domaine connexe requis.

- La certification MB-800 est un atout

- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles

- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes

- Orienté vers les résultats, capable de planifier et de respecter les délais des projets

- Résilient, motivé et capable de bien travailler sous pression

- Esprit financier, comptable et technique

- Appréciation et capacité à résoudre de manière positive les problèmes découlant de cultures différentes

- Capacité à performer dans une entreprise en constante évolution

Capacité à communiquer en français avec notre équipe basée au Québec si le candidat retenu est localisé au Québec.

Reporting to the Group ERP Manager, the ERP Specialist – Finance and Accounting will be participating in the evolution, support and maintenance of the Business Central/Navision ERP globally (for the different sites internationally).

The candidate will be part of an international team of ERP specialists, located in Montréal and in the Asia/Pacific region.

The candidate will be responsible for the finance & accounting functions of BC (D365), thus be the reference for supporting, proposing and implementing the best practices with the tool in this regard.

The first objective of this person will be to collaborate in the ERP migration of 5 different BC & Navision installations around the world into one Cloud (SaaS) tenant with multiple instances. In doing so, he/she will convert all sites to one global chart of accounts.

Over the years, possibly participating in migrating BC into another ERP.

Main responsibilities

- Carry out major finance and accounting projects on the ERP as an Analyst

- Provide level 2 and 3 support for finance & accounting users

- Participate in the migration of hosted BC and Navision to one Cloud tenant with multiple instances

- Integration of ERP modules and Applications into Business Central

- Implement, and Support customizations in BC

- Ensure BC finance and accounting features are well supported for all users worldwide

- Train end-users on how to use Microsoft Business Central

- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and scope out modifications and development

- Convert functional requirements to technical specifications and design documents

- Recommend best practices and influence stakeholders

- Create, Design and modify the default reporting in BC

- Communicate effectively with users.

Candidate profile

- 8+ years in Navision or Business Central management

- In depth understanding of ERP support and operations

- Proven ability to translate business processes in applicable ERP configurations

- A degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering in a related field is required.

- MB-800 is a nice to have

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
