The Spare Parts Sales Representative is responsible for serving internal and external customers around the world. He or she will be given the opportunity to learn and grow while handling a variety of tasks to support the aftermarket group. This team member will be energetic, be able to multi-task, demonstrate effective customer communication, and use analytical thinking to make business decisions in many facets of his or her daily tasks.
· Collaborate with the Aftermarket Services Team to support spare parts sales
· Prepare large-scale spare parts bids and proposals, including pricing
· Manage customer quotes, orders, and repaired parts using SAP
· Ensure delivery assurance and expedite shipments to meet sales targets
· Support Logistics and Warehouse teams with urgent shipments
· Own and execute customer part delivery commitments
· Conduct technical reviews of spare parts to confirm correct configurations
· Lead or actively participate in team initiatives to meet departmental and company goals
· Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions based on performance metrics
· Adhere to purchase order procedures and processing requirements
· Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset
· Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
· 5–7 years of relevant work experience or experience in a related field
· Aero-derivative gas turbine and/or power plant experience is a plus
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
· Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%
