Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve faults on solar equipment as they relate to mechanical and electrical problems
• Perform pad mounted Transformer switching in accordance with all Lock Out / Tag Out Procedures
• Perform corrective tasks on solar equipment
• Work as scheduled during the week and on call as required by manager
• Maintain a high level of safety awareness at all times
• Work in an outdoor environment for an extended period of time
• EH&S Documentation
• Complete necessary paperwork (work order, timesheet, tool and PPE inventory, and additional paperwork as necessary)
• Complete necessary Pre-Job-Briefs
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED required; Advanced Technical Training is a plus.
•Valid driver's license is mandatory.
•1-4+ electrical and/or solar experience.
•Proven experience in solar energy maintenance preferred, with additional years of electrical experience strongly desired.
•Knowledge of high-voltage systems and substation maintenance is highly advantageous.
•Proficiency in using mechanical and electronic testing equipment, such as voltage testers, amp clamps, oscilloscopes, and various hand and power tools.

•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions and travel as necessary.
