Solar Site Surveyor

Job Summary:

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data to determine precise measurements and boundaries of land, as well as providing accurate documentation for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, proficiency in surveying software, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: - Conduct surveys to establish property boundaries, topographic features, and other relevant information - Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels to collect data - Analyze survey data and create detailed reports, maps, and drawings - Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, records, and sketches - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information for project planning - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during surveying activities - Perform quality control checks on survey data to ensure accuracy - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in surveying technology Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred - Proven experience working as a Surveyor or similar role - Proficiency in trigonometry and mathematics - Strong knowledge of surveying software such as Carlson, MicroStation, AutoCAD, ArcGIS - Familiarity with data analysis skills and the ability to interpret schematics - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Valid driver's license We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience and qualifications.
