Solar Sales Setter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and coach able setter to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will generate leads and set appointments for our sales team in the rapidly growing solar industry. This position offers uncapped earning potential through a commission-based structure, meaning the more engaged you are, the more you earn! No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive industry leading training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers through various lead channels.

- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and interests.

- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.

- Utilize software tools such as Volt to track interactions and manage leads.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all potential clients.

- Use trained upon communication skills to encourage interest in our products/services.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for effective lead generation.

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

- No previous experience required—training will be provided.

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
