Job Summary

Aloha! Provision Solar is seeking motivated and dynamic Door-to-door Canvassers to join our Sales team in Hawaii!!! The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in various neighborhoods, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication and relationship-building. This role is essential for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities

•

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our products and services to potential customers.

•

Engage with residents to educate them about the benefits of our offerings, particularly in the solar energy sector.

•

Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and secure appointments for follow-up consultations.

•

Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

•

Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine sales strategies.

•

Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices.

•

Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring new canvassers when necessary.

Experience

•

Previous experience in technical sales, outside sales, or energy sales is preferred.

•

Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing techniques and strategies is a plus.

•

Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse communities.

•

Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals is essential.

•

Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software will be beneficial for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
